Horse appraisal in North Dakota.
Our team appraises horses all over North Dakota, and in every other state besides. We see mostly ranch horses and rodeo horses here, though plenty of AQHA horses cross the desk too, and the process doesn't change from one to the next.
North Dakota State teaches equine science in Fargo. For the therapy programs here, a steady ranch-broke horse is worth more than a fancy one.
Questions we get about North Dakota
- How do you value a Nokota?
- Carefully, because sales are rare. We use what documented sales exist, then value the horse's training and temperament as a using horse, and the report states how much weight the breed itself carried.
- Can you appraise a horse that lives out all winter?
- Yes. Condition is harder to read under a winter coat, so we ask for summer photographs as well, or a recent veterinary exam, to go with the current video.
