Horse appraisal in Connecticut.
Need a horse appraisal in Connecticut? We're ASEA-certified and we work nationwide. Our Connecticut appraisals have run from hunter/jumpers to dressage horses, with Morgans in between.
UConn runs an equine program in Storrs with its own riding team. Connecticut's therapy barns are the other route, and there are plenty of them.
Questions we get about Connecticut
- Our horse is boarded in New York and we live in Connecticut. Does that matter?
- Not to the value. It can matter to which state's law governs a divorce or an estate, and that's a question for your attorney. The report records where the horse is kept so they can answer it.
- Do you appraise Morgans?
- Yes. Morgans have their own registry and their own show world, so we value them against Morgan sales and Morgan show results. Sport horses of the same size are the wrong comparison.
