Horse appraisal in Kansas.
From ranch horses to AQHA horses, our appraisers know what a horse is worth in Kansas. Stier Horse is ASEA-certified and has been appraising horses nationwide for years.
Kansas State competes in NCAA Equestrian, so a horse with a record usually goes there. The therapeutic riding centers take the quieter ones.
Questions we get about Kansas
- Does a ranch versatility record add value?
- It helps, because it puts ranch work on the record in front of a judge. Without one we rely on the horse's work history and video, and the report says which kind of evidence carried the number.
- Can you value a barrel horse on its times?
- Times are good evidence when they're consistent and recent. A horse that clocks well at one pen and badly at the next is worth less than its best run suggests, so we ask for the full record.
